The Website is owned and operated by Emirates, trading as Emirates Courier Express, whose principal office is at Emirates Group Headquarters Building, PO Box 686, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Emirates is a Dubai corporation established by Decree No.2 of 1985 (as amended) of the Government of Dubai.

The User represents and warrants that they possess the legal right and ability to enter into this Agreement and to use the Website in accordance with all terms and conditions herein. The User promises to Emirates that they have the legal capacity to enter legally binding contracts through this Website and agrees to be responsible for any eligible payments due to Emirates for any requests made for Emirates Courier Express services by them or another person using their login information.

Emirates may change these terms and conditions at any time without advance notice. Changed terms will become effective once posted on the Website and will not have any retrospective effect on existing contractual arrangements made through this Website. The Users’ continued use of this Website after any change means they have accepted the updated terms and conditions.

This Agreement and any other legal notices, policies and guidelines of Emirates linked to this Agreement or Website constitute the entire agreement between the User and Emirates relating to their use of this Website and supersede any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written), claims and representations of the parties regarding such subject matter and the terms and conditions may not be amended or modified except by making such amendments or modifications available on this Website.

In addition to any other remedies available to Emirates, failure to follow the terms of this Agreement whether listed below or in supplemental notices posted at any point on this Website, may result in termination of the User’s access to the Website or the Emirates Courier Express Service (the “Service”), without notice.

Access to some functionalities of the Service is restricted to registered users only. The product selection, price quotation, booking, service request, messaging and document management features of this Website are provided solely to permit the registered User to transact business with Emirates and for no other purposes The User agrees that the booking facilities on this Website shall be used only to make legitimate service requests for the User or for another person or entity for whom the User is legally authorised to act.

If the User is a registered User, the User agrees to the payment of all amounts when due. The registered User shall be solely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of any service requests made through this Website.

This Website may contain message or communication facilities. Any opinions, views or statements expressed or made by a User whilst using those facilities are those of that User and not Emirates. Emirates does not guarantee transmission of any email, mobile telephone, or facsimile messages submitted through the Website.

Emirates is under no obligation to review any messages, information or content posted on the Website and assumes no responsibility or liability relating to any such submissions.

Notwithstanding the above, Emirates reserves the right to review, edit or delete without notice any contents of the submissions received via the Website, which Emirates may deem in its sole discretion to be illegal, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.

The User agrees to use this Website solely to determine the availability of goods and services and make legitimate service requests or transact business with Emirates.

The User agrees not to make any fraudulent service requests or create fictitious shipment labels in anticipation of demand. Emirates may cancel, without notice, all service requests associated with multiple shipments to one or more destination or consignee.

The User agrees to all of Emirates’ terms and conditions of service and carriage, including, but not limited to, full and timely payment of all amounts due and compliance with all rules concerning availability of fares, products, or services. All fees, assessments, charges, taxes and duties arising out of use of the Website are the sole responsibility of the User.

The User agrees not to abuse the Website. "Abuse" includes, without limitation, using the Website to:

• Defame, harass, stalk, threaten, abuse, or otherwise violate others’ rights as defined by applicable law.
• Harm or interfere with the operation of others’ computers and software in any respect, including, without limitation, by uploading, downloading or transmitting corrupt files or computer viruses.
• Violate applicable intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights, including, without limitation, by uploading, downloading, or transmitting materials or software.

Emirates aims to ensure that availability of the Website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error‑free. Emirates will not be liable for any such unauthorized access unless caused solely by our gross negligence, in which event the User will be entitled to compensation up to a maximum of the value of the services purchased by them.

Emirates does not operate or control in any respect any software, information, products, or services on such third-party sites. EMIRATES MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY OF THE SOFTWARE, INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES CONTAINED ON THIS WEBSITE FOR ANY PURPOSE. All trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights in the content and materials included on the Website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations (as well as the organisation and lay out of the Website), and software are the property of Emirates, its affiliates or its content suppliers and is protected by international trademark copyright and database laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

The User agrees not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from this Website. The User also agrees not to create and/or publish their own database that features all or any part of this Website without prior written express consent from Emirates. Emirates’ status (and that of any identified content suppliers or third party links or pointers) as authors of the material on the Website must always be acknowledged.

Emirates believe in the accuracy of the information supplied by this application, but it does not warrant or guarantee such accuracy. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of and applicable in Dubai and any action based on or alleging a breach of this Agreement must be brought in a Dubai Court.

The use of the Website is subject to Emirates Courier Express Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice”). Emirates will collect and process personal information about the User for the purposes set out in the Privacy, including for providing the Service. The User confirms that they have read and acknowledged the Privacy Notice.
